The following walk-in clinics are taking place in the Roscommon Vaccination Centre this week for anyone aged 40 and over who is eligible for a booster vaccine. There is no appointment needed.

The following walk-in clinics are taking place in the Ballybrit Vaccination Centre this week for anyone aged 40 and over who is eligible for a booster vaccine. There is no appointment needed:

Ballybrit Vaccination Centre, Galway

Roscommon Vaccination Centre is moving to Golf Links Road, Roscommon Town

The Roscommon vaccination centre is moving from the Kilbride Community Centre to a new vaccination centre in Roscommon Town this week.

The new vaccination centre is based on the Golf Links Road, Roscommon, F42 YX65. The location will be signposted from the approach roads.

The first vaccine clinic will take place in the new centre tomorrow, Friday 17 December.

Visiting Update for Portiuncula University Hospital

Following new national guidance on visiting, visitors to all hospitals will be asked to produce their EU Digital COVID Certificate or HSE COVID-19 Vaccination Record or other proof of immunity at the entrance.

There are exemptions from the requirement for the EU Digital COVID Certificate or HSE COVID-19 Vaccination Record or other proof of immunity, on compassionate grounds.

The first walk-in vaccination clinics for booster doses for people aged 50 to 59 will take place this weekend in the Carrick on Shannon and Sligo Racecourse Vaccination Centres.

Relocation of Letterkenny Vaccination Centre to Letterkenny Business Park

The Letterkenny vaccination centre has moved from the Kilmacrennan Road to a new location in Building 1b, Letterkenny Business Park, Ballyraine, Letterkenny, F92 FP83. The new centre is on the N56 link road (beside the Post Office Depot) and will have signage from the approach roads.

The new centre is bigger and has greater capacity to support the rollout of the booster programme for the people of Donegal.
