Purpose of the Post:

- Lead and consult on clinical risk management processes related to Patient Quality and Safety at Portiuncula University Hospital.

- Ensure that incident management review procedures are adhered to, aligning with the Incident Management Framework 2020, while also ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding review timeframes.

- Conduct educational forums and provide consultation on Quality Improvement Methodologies across various directorates and departments.

- Facilitate Open Disclosure meetings across directorates and deliver Open Disclosure training to on-site staff.

- Oversee After Action Reviews across directorates and support complaint management processes as needed.
