  • Proven track record in quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.  
  • Experience in incident and complaint management processes and working within legal and regulatory requirements 
  • Experience of leading change in a complex health related organisation and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience of delivering training and education programmes as relevant to the role 
  • Supervisory and managerial experience as relevant to the role
